Nicole is an empathetic, understanding, and passionate Registered Dietitian and Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist in the state of Connecticut. Nicole’s passion for nutrition began after taking a college-level nutrition class and realizing how the coursework combined both her love for human biology and helping others. She completed her education at Keene State College in Keene, New Hampshire, receiving a Bachelor's of Science degree in Health Science- Nutrition and a Minor in psychology.
Nicole was chosen to complete a rigorous 1800-hour dietetic internship at the Cleveland Clinic where she provided intensive nutrition therapy to numerous patient populations suffering from a variety of disease states. After completing her internship, Nicole became licensed as a Registered Dietitian and was hired at a residential eating disorder program for children and adolescents. Through her time working in residential care, Nicole realized she had a true passion for helping those with eating issues and opened her own practice in 2017.
Over many years, Nicole has effectively helped hundreds of clients achieve body acceptance while also fostering appropriate attitudes and behaviors around food. She is currently specialized and credentialed as a Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian (CEDRD). Nicole also believes in educating others and the importance bringing awareness to the topics of eating disorders and eating mindfully/intuitively. She thoroughly enjoys presenting in a variety of settings.
