We are currently offering in-person and telehealth sessions at this time. We use a HIPAA-compliant and secure telehealth site for those that are unable to make it to our physical office.
An initial, in-depth nutrition evaluation will be completed to collect pertinent nutrition, medical, and behavioral information and to identify treatment goals.
Follow-up sessions are strongly encouraged to sustain individual progress. We recommend clients plan for multiple months of work with our dietitians to see effective and lasting change.
Initial Assessment: 60 minutes
Follow-up Sessions: 30 or 45 minutes
*Session times can be extended if requested for an additional cost
